- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 pkg. White Lily baking powder biscuit mix
- 2 Tbsp. lard
- 1 c. cold water
- 1 egg
- plain flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water with 1 tablespoon of the sugar added.

2Let set 5 minutes.

3Then add remaining ingredients.

4Add enough plain flour to make a thin dough or batter.

5Place in refrigerator overnight or for a few hours before making into rolls.

6Then make into rolls, dip in oil or melted butter.

7Let rise 1 or 2 hours.

8Bake at 400° to 450° for 12 to 15 minutes.
