- 2 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 6 1/2 to 7 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. corn oil
- 2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Measure water into large warm mixing bowl.

2Sprinkle in yeast; stir until dissolved.

3Add sugar, corn oil, egg, salt and half of flour; beat until smooth.

4Mix in remaining flour until dough is easy to handle.

5Place in greased bowl.

6Cover loosely with aluminum foil.
-
7Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

8When dough rises, punch it down occasionally.
-
9Cut off amount needed and return remaining dough to refrigerator.

10Dough may be kept for 3 or 4 days.
