- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. powdered milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 1/2 pkg. yeast
- 3 1/2 c. warm water
- 8 c. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Beat the eggs; add melted butter, sugar, salt and milk to yeast mixture.

3Mix in flour and let rise until double in bulk.

4Punch down and roll in shapes as desired.

5Bake at 400° until done.
