  • 1 package dry yeast
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. shortening
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg

Beat on low for 1-2 minutes, scraping sides constantly. Beat 3 minutes on high. By hand, stir in remaining flour to create a soft dough.","2":"Place in a greased bowl and rise until doubled in size, 2 hours.","4":"Punch down dough and turn onto floured surface.
