- 1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. shortening
- 2 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 egg
Directions

1Combine yeast and warm water together and set aside.

2In a large bowl, combine first three ingredients, then add yeast mixture and egg.

3Place a lid on your bowl and refrigerate about 15 minutes.

4Fill muffin pan half full and bake at 350° until done.
