- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. oleo or shortening
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Sift the first 4 ingredients.

2Combine sugars, oleo and eggs. Beat until creamy.

3Alternately add 1 cup milk and the first 4 ingredients.

4Lastly, fold in 3 1/2 cups of peeled and thinly sliced apples.

5Pour batter into 2 greased 9-inch deep pie tins. Sprinkle the topping on tops before baking.

6Bake at 350° for about 3/4 to 1 hour.

7Serve warm with whipped cream.
