Ingredients

  • 4 onions, chopped and sauteed
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 2 lb. ground pork
  • 1 c. rice
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. vegeta (seasoning)
  • 1 bunch dill weed
  • 1 small can tomato suace or paste
  • sour cream
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 3/4 c. water

Directions

    Saute onions; add 2 teaspoons salt and paprika.

    Add onion mixture to raw meat and rice.

    Add the last teaspoon of salt.

    If you have the Hungarian spice vegeta, add some of that; if not you will need to add more salt.

    Add water, pepper and dill weed leaves.
