Ingredients
- 3 lb. venison
- 3 tsp. liquid smoke
- 3 tsp. fine pepper
- 3 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. hickory barbecue sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Cut venison into about 1/2-inch strips (longer lengths are best).

2Mix all ingredients together with venison strips.

3Put into covered container and place in refrigerator overnight.

4Take out and place on top oven rack, side by side.

5Put foil on bottom rack to catch drips.

6Set on lowest oven temperature and bake approximately 4 hours more or less according to dryness of meat (may also use beef).
