- 1/2 teaspoon methi seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 150 g onions (chopped)
- 4 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 2 green chilies (chopped)
- 200 g grated panir
- salt
- cilantro leaves (for garnishing) or coriander leaves (for garnishing)
- mint leaf
Directions

1Heat oil.

2Add methi seeds and chilli powder.

3Saute.

4Add onions & garlic.

5Add mint leaves, green chillies and salt.

6Add paneer and cook gently.

7Break each roomali roti into 2 pieces.

8Put quarter of the stuffing in each piece.

9Garnish with corrainder leaves.

10Roll it and serve.
