  • 3 oz. pkg. Bleu or Roquefort cheese
  • 1 pt. mayonnaise (2 c.)
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3 tsp. chopped chives or sour cream with chives
  • 1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream (with or without chives)
  • 1/2 to 1 c. buttermilk

    Crumble with a fork the Bleu or Roquefort cheese.

    Add next 5 ingredients.

    Add and mix, but do not beat the sour cream and buttermilk.

    Make as thick or thin as desired.
