- 1 pt. mayonnaise (2 c.)
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 tsp. chopped chives or sour cream with chives
- 1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream (with or without chives)
- 1/2 to 1 c. buttermilk
Directions

1Crumble with a fork the Bleu or Roquefort cheese.

3Add and mix, but do not beat the sour cream and buttermilk.
