- 1 pt. sour cream
- salt and pepper
- dry mustard
- garlic powder
- Tabasco
Directions

1Divide cheese in half.

2Grate 1 part and blend into sour cream.

3Add seasonings sparingly to taste.

4Blend together well. Crumble other half of cheese.

5Fold into sauce.

6Keep covered and refrigerated.
