- 16 ounces wide egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 ounces Roquefort cheese
Directions

1In a saucepan, prepare noodles as label directs.

2In a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, stir in flour until blended; cook 1 minute.

3Gradually stir in milk, cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and is smooth.

4Add pepper and 1 cup crumbled Roquefort, cook, stirring just until cheese melts.

5Drain noodles, return to saucepot. Add sauce to noodles; toss to coat well. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
