Rosemary Potatoes

  • 6 to 8 new potatoes or regular red potatoes
  • 2 tsp. rosemary spice
  • 1/4 c. olive oil (approximately)
  • Pam spray

Directions

    Wash potatoes and cut into quarters, almost bite size.

    Spray glass casserole with Pam; put potatoes in pan.
  3. 3
    Crush rosemary over potatoes; add olive oil and stir.

    Cook in oven about 1 hour or until brown.

    Stir every 20 minutes.
  6. 6
    Bake at 325°.
