  • 2 lb. red new potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary or 1 tsp. dried
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • fresh ground pepper to taste

Directions
