  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, unbeaten

    with rotary or electric beater at medium speed. Makes about

    Fry at 365° until brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
