- 1 (16 oz.) can cranberry sauce (whole berries)
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ginger (ground)
- 6 fresh pears, pared, cored and quartered
- 2 medium oranges, peeled, sliced and halved
Directions

1In saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients.

2Bring to boiling. Place pears and orange slices in 1 1/2-quart casserole.

3Pour cranberry mixture over fruit.

4Cover.

5Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until pears are tender.

6Serve warm.
