- 1 whole fryer or 6 to 7 leg quarters
- 10 oz. spaghetti
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel
Directions

1Boil chicken until tender.

2Remove from broth and set aside to cool.

3Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.

4When tender, partially drain, leaving enough broth to be slightly soupy.

5Add cheese, soup and Ro-Tel.

6Cook over very low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted.

7Remove skin and bones from chicken. Break into bite size pieces.

8Stir into spaghetti.

9Add black pepper to taste.
