  • 4 large chicken breasts
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 12 oz. pkg. egg noodles
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 stick oleo

Directions

    Cook chicken.

    Debone and cut up.

    Saute pepper and onion with oleo.

    Add cheese to melt.

    Add tomatoes.

    Boil noodles in chicken broth, drain.

    Add chicken to noodles and mixture.

    Stir and put in casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
