- 4 slices bacon
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 6 thin long slices of dill pickle
- Dijon mustard
- salt
- pepper
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. dry red wine
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- cornstarch and water to thicken
Directions

1Salt and pepper each slice of beef and spread with mustard. Put a slice of bacon on the slice of beef and add some onions and garlic and a the dill pickle.

2Starting at the narrow end of the steak, roll jelly roll fashion and secure with toothpicks.
