- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 eggs, separated into 4 yolks, 1 white, 3 whites)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a large bowl, beat the 4 egg yolks; stir in the sweetened condensed milk and lime juice.

3In a small bowl, beat one of the egg whites until it is stiff and fold it into the milk-lime mixture.

4Turn into the pie shell.
