  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 large round steak, cut into serving size pieces
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 6 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can water

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°. Brown floured round steak in oil. Put steak in 9 x 13 casserole. Lay onions over top of steak. Lay potatoes over top of onions. Mix tomato soup and water and pour over top. Cover and bake for 2 hours.
