  • 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup (page 154)
  • 3/4 ounce Boiron black cherry puree or 5 ripe black cherries, muddled
  • 1 lemon twist, for garnish

Directions
