  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (small)
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. rum (Bacardi)
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Grease and flour tube pan.

    Put pecans in bottom.

    Mix all ingredients (batter will be thick).

    Pour on top of pecans.
