  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. rum or 1 oz. rum extract
