Ingredients: 1 (18 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix; 4 eggs or Egg Beater equivalent; 1/3 c. rum; 1/2 c. margarine, melted; 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts; 1/2 to 1 c. confectioners sugar; 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding; 3/4 c. cooking oil; 1/3 c. water; 1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries; 1/2 c. packed brown sugar; brandy or rum

1/3 c. rum
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1/2 to 1 c. confectioners sugar
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3/4 c. cooking oil
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
brandy or rum

Directions

In large mixer bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, rum and water.

Beat at medium speed until well blended.

Into 10-inch tube pan, pour melted margarine.

Sprinkle with cherries, nuts and brown sugar.

Pour in batter.

Bake in 325° oven 45 to 60 minutes.

When done, immediately remove cake from oven and pan, turning upside down on cake plate.
