  • 5 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. rum
  • 1 pineapple, peeled and cubed
  • 3 bananas, diced
  • 1 qt. lemon sherbet
  • 2 c. whipped cream, sweetened
  • 1/2 c. coconut

Directions

    Combine sugar and water.

    Cook 5 minutes.

    Cool.

    Add rum. Combine fruits in bowl.

    Pour syrup over and marinate in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours.
