  • 2 c. pecan halves
  • 2 Tbsp. dark rum
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. instant coffee

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in small pan.

    Cook over medium heat. Stir constantly for 15 minutes or until sugar is melted and nuts are well covered.

    Pour out on oiled waxed paper.

    Separate halves as they cool.

    Store in airtight container.
