  • 4 (6 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • garlic to taste
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 2 Cerrano peppers
  • cilantro to taste
  • 8 Roman tomatoes, diced
  • 1 large onion or more to taste, diced
  • stew beef (1 lb.)
  • fresh sliced mushrooms (3 c.)
  • some barley (1 c.)
  • whole diced onion
  • couple cups water (4 c.?)
  • salt, pepper and parsley
  • cream of mushroom soup
  • red wine (2 c.)
  • sour cream (1 c.)

Directions

    Throw everything in a crock-pot in the morning, except wine and sour cream.

    Cook all day on high.

    When you come home from the barn at night, dump in the last 2 items and stir.

    Take a nice, hot bath and drink the rest of the wine.

    About an hour later, serve with fresh rolls and a salad.
