  • 4-6 chicken breasts (boneless or bone in)
  • 1 jar apricot preserves
  • 1 small bottle Russian dressing
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix

Directions

    Wash and dry chicken.

    Mix preserves, dressing and soup mix in a bowl thoroughly.

    Place chicken in a greased baking dish. Pour the sauce over chicken.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 40-50 minutes or until chicken is tender.

    Serve with rice.
