- 8 oz. jar apricot preserves
- 8 oz. bottle Red Russian salad dressing
- 6 to 8 chicken breasts, skin removed, halved
Directions

1Skin chicken if necessary. Place bone side up in baking dish. Mix ingredients.

2Pour over chicken. Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Turn chicken over.

3Baste with pan drippings.
