- 1/2 c. rice
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 head cabbage
Directions

1Cut cabbage coarsely.

2Cover with water and boil for 10 minutes; drain.

3Boil rice until soft but firm.

4Drain.

5Mix meats, eggs, seasonings, onion and 1/2 can of soup.

6Add rice and mix well.

7Put half of cabbage in large lasagna pan.

8Spread meat mixture evenly over cabbage.

9Cover with the rest of the cabbage. Dilute the half can of soup with equal amount of water.

10Pour over cabbage.

11Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
