Ingredients
- 10 medium potatoes
- 1/2 c. peas
- 1/2 c. chopped carrots
- 3 eggs
- 1 (10 oz.) can tuna in water
- 20 Spanish olives
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Boil potatoes in peeling; cool, peel, then cut in small cubes. Cook peas and carrots; hard-boil eggs and chop.

2Mix carrots, peas, eggs and potatoes; drain tuna.

3Flake and add to potato and vegetables.

4Cut olives in half; add to salad.

5Mix all with mayonnaise.

6Salt to taste.
