  • 1 whole Onion, Peeled And Diced
  • 4 whole Roma Tomatoes, Cored And Diced
  • 1-1/2 whole Long English Cucumbers, Peeled And Diced
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3/4 cups Your Choice Vinegar ( Rice, Apple Cider, Balsamic)
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Dill
  • Salt And Pepper

Directions

    Add diced vegetables into a medium size bowl. Add your olive oil and stir. Then add the vinegar, and stir again covering all the vegetables with the olive oil and vinegar. Next add the dried dill, salt and pepper. Stir again. I always like to taste test it, and possibly have someone else taste as well. You might want to add more pepper, salt or dill.
