  • 2 tea bags
  • 1 Tbsp. cloves (tied in bag)
  • 3 thin cinnamon sticks
  • 1 1/2 qt. water
  • juice of 6 lemons
  • 3 c. orange juice (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. sugar

Directions

    Simmer tea, cloves and cinnamon sticks in water until water is fairly dark in color and has strong flavor from cloves and cinnamon.

    Remove cloves and cinnamon.

    Add orange and lemon juices and sugar.

    Serve hot.

    Makes about 30 cups.
