- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Directions

1Mix together the butter, powdered sugar and vanilla.

2Mix the flour and salt; stir into the butter mixture.

3Add the chopped nuts.

4Chill dough.

5Roll into 1-inch balls.

6Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.

7Bake until set but not brown.

8While still warm, roll in powdered sugar.

9Cool and roll in powdered sugar again.
-
10Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
