- 4 Granny Smith apples (1-1/2 lb.), peeled, thinly sliced (about 4 cups)
- 1/3 cup plus 2 Tbsp. sugar, divided
- 1-1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 2 Tbsp. caramel ice cream topping

1Prepare and bake crust in 9-inch pie plate as directed on package for one-crust baked shell; cool.

2Meanwhile, toss apples with 1/3 cup sugar and cinnamon in microwaveable bowl.
