  • 1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 14.1-oz. pkg.)
  • 4 Granny Smith apples (1-1/2 lb.), peeled, thinly sliced (about 4 cups)
  • 1/3 cup plus 2 Tbsp. sugar, divided
  • 1-1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
  • 2 Tbsp. caramel ice cream topping

    Prepare and bake crust in 9-inch pie plate as directed on package for one-crust baked shell; cool.

    Meanwhile, toss apples with 1/3 cup sugar and cinnamon in microwaveable bowl.

    Beat cream cheese, vanilla and remaining sugar in medium bowl with mixer until blended.
