  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame seed oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Directions

    In bowl, whisk together egg, cornstarch, and salt and pepper.

    Trim fat off chicken and cut into 1 inch pieces.

    Toss chicken in mixture.

    Heat skillet with oil, until hot.

    Add chicken till cooked all the way (7-10 minutes)

    While chicken xooks, prepare sauce in a small bowl by stiring together the soy sauce, water, sesame oil, brown sugar, rice vinegar, fresh ginger, minced garlic, cornstarch, and sesame seeds.

    Pour sauce over cooked chicken, toss, then turn off heat.

    Cover chicken and let sit for 5-10 minutes so sauce thickens.

    Do the same sauce mixture and mix with rice or quinua.
