- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seed oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Directions

1In bowl, whisk together egg, cornstarch, and salt and pepper.

2Trim fat off chicken and cut into 1 inch pieces.

3Toss chicken in mixture.

4Heat skillet with oil, until hot.

5Add chicken till cooked all the way (7-10 minutes)

6While chicken xooks, prepare sauce in a small bowl by stiring together the soy sauce, water, sesame oil, brown sugar, rice vinegar, fresh ginger, minced garlic, cornstarch, and sesame seeds.

7Pour sauce over cooked chicken, toss, then turn off heat.

8Cover chicken and let sit for 5-10 minutes so sauce thickens.

9Do the same sauce mixture and mix with rice or quinua.
