    1.
  2. 2
In a large bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients, except for the sea salt garnish.
  3. 3
Add the lime juice, water and oil, stirring until the dough comes together (you may need to add just a bit more water, until the dough combines, but not much because you dont want the dough to be sticky).
  4. 4
    Halve the dough.
  5. 5
    2.
  6. 6
Roll the dough halves out as thin as you can with a rolling pin (the thinner, the better).
  7. 7
It takes a lot of muscle, but you can do it!
  8. 8
Sprinkle with additional sea salt, and roll the salt in slightly.
  9. 9
Place the rolled out dough on parchment-lined baking sheets.
  10. 10
Score the dough with a butter knife, any size you like (I like making rustic rectangular shapes).
  11. 11
    3.
  12. 12
Bake crackers in a 400 degrees F oven, for 1520 minutes, until they are lightly browned and slightly crisp.
  13. 13
Let them cool (where they will continue to crisp).
  14. 14
    Break apart, and enjoy!
