- 2 lb. rutabagas
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Wash, pare and dice rutabagas in tiny squares.

2Add salt, pepper, onion and enough water to cover.

3Boil 25 to 30 minutes. Drain water.

4Sprinkle with sugar and paprika.

5Add butter and parsley.

6Steam 10 to 15 minutes.

7Serves 4 to 6.
