- 2 sticks butter (not margarine)
- 1 egg
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. salad oil
- 1 c. Quaker oats
- 1 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream butter with white and brown sugar and the egg.

2Combine the baking soda and salt with flour.

3Add flour mixture alternately with oil.

4To the butter mixture, add rest of ingredients; mix well.

5Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet.

6Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 325°.

7Makes approximately 75 cookies.
