Ingredients

  • 3 lb. ground chuck
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp. Lowry's Seasoning Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce (optional)
  • Crackers, crushed
  • Your favorite barbecue sauce
  • 12 hamburger buns (onion flavor prefered)

Directions

    Put all ingredients into a bowl, except crackers.

    Mix well with hands.

    Add crushed crackers until mixture reaches desired consistency; mix well.

    Mold mixture into twelve 2-inch balls.

    Pat gently in hands into burger shape.

    Place burgers on grill over low-medium flame.

    Flip every 3-4 minutes.

    Baste with your favorite barbecue sauce after each flip.
