- 1 13 cups buttermilk

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2sift the dry ingredients together 3 times.

3Put all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.

4Make a well in the middle and pour in milk.

5Stir together until a dough forms.

6Wrestle into a loaf.

7Place on pan that has been lined with baking paper.

8Cut a 1/4 inch deep cross in the top.

9Bake for 45 minutes.
