- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/3 c. rye flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk and butter.

2Add flours and salt.

3Beat with wire whisk until smooth.

4Pour batter into 6 greased muffin cups, stirring through batter often to prevent settling.

5Bake in a 375° oven for 50 minutes.

6Prick each popover to let out steam.

7Bake 10 minutes more.

8Immediately remove from pan.

9Serve hot.
