  • 1/3 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 2 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup semi-sweet miniature chocolate chips
  • 5 teaspoons Lighter Bake (fruit puree - found in dried fruit section)
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup (may be omitted)
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 egg whites (1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon egg substitute)
  • 1/2 - 1 cup halved miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 - 1 cup puffed wheat cereal
