Ingredients

  • 7 ounces, weight Marshmallow Cream
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter, Softened
  • 1/4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 12 ounces, weight Chocolate Candy Coating
  • 3 Tablespoons Crushed Graham Crackers

Directions

    Combine marshmallow, butter, vanilla, salt and powdered sugar in a mixer until creamy. It will stiffen quickly; refrigerate about 1 hour. Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls, freeze for 30 minutes.

    Melt chocolate. Using a toothpick, dip each marshmallow bite into chocolate, shaking off the excess. Place on a cookie sheet and immediately sprinkle with crushed graham crackers. Allow to harden (in the fridge). Enjoy cold!
