- 7 ounces, weight Marshmallow Cream
- 4 Tablespoons Butter, Softened
- 1/4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Salt
- 3 cups Powdered Sugar
- 12 ounces, weight Chocolate Candy Coating
- 3 Tablespoons Crushed Graham Crackers
Directions

1Combine marshmallow, butter, vanilla, salt and powdered sugar in a mixer until creamy. It will stiffen quickly; refrigerate about 1 hour. Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls, freeze for 30 minutes.

2Melt chocolate. Using a toothpick, dip each marshmallow bite into chocolate, shaking off the excess. Place on a cookie sheet and immediately sprinkle with crushed graham crackers. Allow to harden (in the fridge). Enjoy cold!
