Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 4 loin pork chops, cut in half
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1/3 c. catsup
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 1/2 c. boiling water or broth

Directions

    Pour oil in bottom of skillet and arrange meat on it. Sprinkle the rice over the meat.

    Add remaining ingredients to the boiling water and pour over all.

    Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Allow to stand for 15 minutes before serving.
