- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 6 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 2 tablespoons water (If you want to make it alcoholic, substitute water with Creme de cacao)
Directions

1Put the cream, butter and sugar in the top of a double boiler.

2Heat and stir until smooth.

3Beat in the chocolate until melted.

4Add water slowly and blend until it is smooth.

5Pour over ice cream and serve.
