- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. frozen or canned corn
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped sage
Directions

1Mix flour, cornmeal and baking powder.

2In another bowl, mix butter, egg and milk.

3Add liquid mix to dry mix and stir until blended.

4Stir in corn and sage.

5Place in 8 or 9-inch square pan and bake in 375° oven for 20 minutes.

6The top should be golden brown.

7Serve warm.
