  • 12 cup soy sauce
  • 14 cup oil
  • 14 cup sake (Japanese wine)
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 12 lbs large shrimp, shelled
  • mixed mushrooms
  • 1 small onion
  • cherry tomatoes
  • rice, pilaf

Directions

    Combine soy sauce, oil, Saki, garlic and ginger; marinate shrimp about 2 hours.

    If you like softer grilled veggies, microwave them first to your taste.

    Skewer shrimp with a combination of mushrooms, onions and tomatoes.

    Grill or broil 10 to 12 minutes, turning frequently.
