- 14 cup sake (Japanese wine)
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 12 lbs large shrimp, shelled
- mixed mushrooms
- 1 small onion
- cherry tomatoes
- rice, pilaf
Directions

1Combine soy sauce, oil, Saki, garlic and ginger; marinate shrimp about 2 hours.

2If you like softer grilled veggies, microwave them first to your taste.

3Skewer shrimp with a combination of mushrooms, onions and tomatoes.
