- 2 lb. ground beef (raw)
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick curing salt
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well.

2Roll like salami.

3(Makes 4 rolls about the size of Ritz crackers.)

4Wrap in foil and seal ends. Refrigerate 24 hours.

5Remove foil; place rolls on rack in pan. (Bake on rack so excess fat can drain off.)

6Bake in oven at 350° for 1 hour, uncovered.

7When done, roll in paper towel to absorb excess fat.

8Cool and rewrap in foil.

9Keep refrigerated.
